Boulder Food Rescue strives to minimize food waste and what better way to do that than by canning, pickling, and fermenting! Join us for an evening filled with tasty fermented treats from local producers, including cheese, wine, and beer! Mingle with friends, enjoy live music, win some neat prizes, and help support Boulder Food Rescue in creating a more just and less wasteful food system!

  • 4 Food Stations with full entrees prepared by chef Jordan Anderson and the Escoffier Culinary School including:
    • Sourdough waffle bar
    • Taco bar with fermented toppings
    • Tempeh and/or Sausage with Kraut
    • Baked potato with fermented toppings
  • Homebrew Competition Hosted by Boulder Fermentation Supply
  • Group Tickets are more obtainable — Groups of 5 or more get $35 tickets each!
  • All you can DRINK, EAT, AND DANCE!
