We have one staff member, our Executive Director:

Our board of directors are in charge of directing the organization, maintaining the bylaws and the day-to-day operations, logistics, and planning. They are:

- Bill Huggins: bill@boulderfoodrescue.org (since June 2012)

Our advisory board (similar to a traditional board of directors) is composed of community leaders. The advisory board meets periodically with the board of directors to help direct and inform the big-picture goals of Boulder Food Rescue:
- Shari Leyshon – Bridge House/Community Table
- Rhonda Hoenigman – University of Colorado at Boulder/Rocky Mountain Sustainable Agriculture
- Chris Mitchell – BOHO/FEED
- Luther Green – Preserving Community/LoCo Foods
- Neshama Abraham – EcoCycle/Consultant
- Rob Harsh – Amgen Inc.
